Hebrew mentions of "במלחמה" (at war) "סוס לא נבטח" (unreliable horses (or cavalry), possibly material related to Hosea XIV:4; otherwise, perhaps correspondence or a receipt; recto); verso Hebrew scripts damaged and mostly illegible. Written in a semicursive medieval eastern script (perhaps Egyptian) during the 11th-12th centuries.
