Signature on title page in Samaritan Hebrew square script ("יעקב כהן בשכם א"ר"), a Hebrew square script (יעקב כהן שכם א.ר.""), English ("JACOB KAHEN, NABLUS, PALESTIN"), and in Arabic. Written in single columns of sixteen lines, blind-ruled, with all margins justified (and letters adjusted end-line).
