Written by the unnamed author for the birth of his named daughter, Sharīfah ʻAdīlah Hanīm. Occasional marginal notes (f. 108v, 126r). A quotation from the Naqshabandīyah Sufi shaykh Barṣā is written, possibly by a later hand, at the top of the first page (f. 1v).
